| About | The Somru® CRIPSR/CAS9 ELISA kit is a double antibody sandwich immunoassay. The kit utilizes a polyclonal antibody as a capture reagent and another polyclonal antibody for the detection. The use of polyclonal antibodies allows for the detection of both native and recombinant Cas9. |
