| About | The Somru® anti-AAV9 antibody ELISA kit is a sandwich immunoassay method. The AAV9 vector particle is immobilized to the plate to capture anti-AAV9 antibodies and anti-species antibody is used for detection. The assay is capable of detecting both IgG and IgM. The assay can be utilized as a screening ELISA to classify samples as positive or negative or it can be used for the determination of anti-AAV9 antibody titer. The assay is compatible for both serum and plasma from various species. Please contact tec@somrubioscience.com for information specific to your species. |
