| About | The Somru® Pertuzumab ELISA kit is designed to measure pharmacologically relevant Pertuzumab with high specificity and enhanced sensitivity in serum or plasma. This user-friendly assay design utilizes target protein, recombinant HER2-extracellular domain (ECD), as capture reagent and anti-Pertuzumab antibody for detection.
If you intend to measure total pertuzumab (Her-2 bound and free) or intend to measure mertuzumab in presence of trastuzumab (Herceptin®), please contact tec@somrubioscience.com for additional information. |
